In 2023, JCDI provided direct financial support to 60 adolescent girls across Sokoto South and North LGAs, helping them launch or expand small businesses. Each girl received between ₦5,000 and ₦15,000, alongside training in financial literacy and business management. This project not only boosted the girls’ confidence and independence but also allowed them to support their families, continue their education, and contribute to their communities. Their stories reflect the power of small investments to create lasting change.
